Designs still belong to their rightful owners. Bought designs will not be resold and ownership is not revoked, but no new purchases can be made in the future.
Transfers are still honoured and the sole responsibility of the involved parties.Things to get you *immediately* added to the list include:
-Hate or bigotry
-Attempting to commission suggestive content while underage, of underage characters, or both; using purchased adopts in such content.
-Harassment (including against banlisted users)
-Block/ban evasion
-Sudden undiscussed or fraudulent chargebacks (please discuss refunds)
